SouthboroughLiving It Up Entering a rough economy with housing prices trending downward, the team at Conformity turned to LRB to re-start their Southborough development.We created a new strategy, identity and creative campaign to highlight that sure, this residential and mixed-use community is an eclectic mix of architecture, convenience and affordability located in the sweetest part of Charlotte, but the real reason people will love it there is the unique living experience Southborough offers. We rolled out the approach across web & print advertising, sales collateral, on-site signage, trade show & event materials, and website. And we used to think South End Charlotte was only cool because LRB lives there... |
